About me

Engineer. Entrepreneur. Consultant. Traveler

After almost 14 years as a project manager in Spain, Europe and the Middle East, I quiet and going to live in Brooklyn for a few months to get inspired.

In 2016 I opened COOCCIÓ in Barcelona, the 1st Kitchen Incubator in Europe and the first shared Dark Kitchen in Spain in 2017.

Restless and traveler. I have been to 35 countries and lived and worked on 3 continents.
